I find this app to be very relaxing and positive. I fall asleep every time I listen and wake up fresh and happy. The sounds of the narrators voice is calm and soothing. The visualization exercise is very effective in bringing your mind to the present and to concentrate on yourself. Love this app!

While this app is great for relaxation and putting me to sleep, it does nothing for changing thought patterns regarding wealth. I have listened to it every day for a week and have not noticed anything different. Ill keep listening for another week and if something changes will revise my review but think its really worthless as far as a meditation for abundance or wealth.

Im not going to sugarcoat, but this app has made me a believer along with positive thinking that anything is possible. I use hypnosis to sleep. Ive used a weight loss app for a month and my eating habits changed a little. I just started this app and found it to be helpful. I removed a star for asking me to pay for the turn off instructions and awaken feature. I dont want to listen to the instructions every day for 3 weeks. And I dont want to awaken at the end (though I havent yet). Mostly, I just want to shut the instructions off.

I liked this app initially until it decided to not work anymore. My thoughts are that its programmed to play a few times then stop so you can purchase the full version. Now I cant listen anymore, the instructions go on for 4 min very quietly then it goes louder once the session starts, and then nothing....no voice just that background music. Very strange, I deleted and re-installed. Same thing. Maybe they should disclose that it will only play a certain amount of times before you have to pay, I wouldnt have wasted my time then. Does it work? I dont know I only used a few times couldnt tell you long term.
